Refund and Cancellation

Veloice provides 30 days money back guarantee in case failed to deliver what had committed in our cloud telephony solutions (i.e. Missed Call, Voice Call, Toll Free, Hosted PBX, Request-a-Call).

Veloice do not provides refund in case the customer simply change the mind or wrongly judged our services/solutions. Veloice advise to all customers to test our services prior to ordering any services. Veloice do not offer any refund of money at any stage or at any condition once the transaction has done or services availed.

Eligible refunds will be processed and credited automatically to the original mode of payment i.e. credit card, debit card, net banking or any other mode.
